Like many sign and wrap companies, our team offers complete visual identity solutions for small businesses – but what makes us different from the rest is we focus on your image. MARK - General Manager
Mark & April founded High Impact Design, Inc DBA Image1 after the sign shop that served their other businesses closed down in 2001. They acquired SBD, Inc assets and location, rehired the employees, upgraded the equipment and began to serve clients with renewed enthusiasm and superior service. With the focus on customer satisfaction and cutting edge processes they began to grow rapidly. They promoted better business branding, helping to increase awareness and revenue for many small business owners around NW Indiana through superior visual marketing and some of the very first vehicle wraps in the area.
BRANDON - Production Manager
Brandon grew up hanging around in the sign shop even as a little kid. He always insisted on being involved in projects leading to his amazing creativity and superior production capability.
His abilities grew quickly and he was a natural with design elements. He never outgrew his passion for the industry and began to take a lead role in design as well as production as he grew up (term used loosely LOL)… He continued to increase his knowledge and fine tune his talents over years while producing custom apparel, wide format prints, signage and wraps in Florida and Indiana. We are confident our clients will always receive exceptional professional service from Brandon and his team.
SHAWN - Installer
We’ve known Shawn for a long time and are friends with his family so it’s no surprise that he brings an incredible level of professional expertise and care to not only our clients but our installers as well. Shawn just graduated with a computer graphics tech degree and specializes in user interface design. Shawn brings an amazing level of “do anything attitude” to the team and doesn’t hesitate to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Thank you Shawn!
HANNAH - Production
Our newest team member is Hannah Lee. We’ve known Hannah and her family for a long time so it’s no surprise that she brings a high level of precision and care to our vinyl production and wrap installation team. Hannah is also kind of a big deal celebrity on social media but we will keep that under wraps until later. No pun intended 😉 Hanna is amazing and we are excited to have her here on our team!
